The pack works fine, the presentation (ie comic) is simply different than on the Xbox version. *facepalm*
Still wierd that you get a prompt for the promo code everytime you log in on your EA account, though...

You should edit the topic name of this thread to avoid misleading people..
First of all to the people reading this...
All the aforementioned DLCs ARE included when you download the PSN version. When you buy it on PSN you get to download the game PLUS the cerberus network pack separately (includes the comic and zaheed). Install them both and thats all...

i downloaded and installed Cerberus Network before even starting the game... may help?

If you download the game on PSN, the Cerberus pack is automatically installed as well. The comic isn't working, but the rest (as far as I have seen) works fine. We'll have to wait for a patch for those bugs.

The comic comes in after the normandy gets attacked by the collector vessel in the beginning.... It's not something that you can run separately or something that starts up as soon as the game starts.
