What plot event did you want that wasn't there?

Easy enough - was there a time in ME2 where you wanted there to be a Paragon/Renegade interrupt and there wasn't? Or some kind of plot point/action that you couldn't do?

Mine is simple and I'm truly surprised it WASN'T there, considering how much you could do in ME1 to shake things up:

A Renegade (or really you could almost call it Paragon, depending on your ideas about self-appointed, self-absorbed despots... but I say Renegade because it would destabilize Omega and things could get pretty ugly...) option to put a bullet between Aria's eyes right as she says "Don't f**k with Aria."

The first time I played the game I completely expected to fight her at some point, and I was rather disappointed that you never get to.

great idea!

She is probably as powerful as Shep (considering her comic and Wrex's story)...and she is surrounded by her bodyguards and snipers.

...critical mission failure!

I must admit I did kinda hate Aria's line right there... And if it had been there I probably would've killed her just for that 'I'm a tough gal' line...Wasn't impressed with her bodyguards either. Those few miserable bodyguards would've been cleaned up easily enough and I'm 100% sure Shepard could take on Aria if he/she wanted. What am I basing this on? The fight with Tela Vasir (LotSB) was a good indication of what Shepard can do. I'm confident Vasir was a lot stronger than Aria, even weakened as she was from the car crash.

The point that made me want to use a renegade interrupt was during the talk with the council. All their nonsense talk about the reapers not existing. Either a friendly renegade option (just hitting the 'off' button to shut the council up) or an unfriendly renegade option (Shooting the transmitters to shut the council up) would've been great right there.

Maybe even a tough guy attitude when the asari councillor talked of treason. I'd like to have made Shepard say: "I'd like to see you try and stop me. I've got the best team AND the best ship in the galaxy..." Or something like that, though it may have been slightly over the top

I like Aria! The one plot part I miss is that you don't get to do it with her.

Joking.

I really wanted to see Liara and that asari at the bar in Ilium (Atheyta I think she was called) to meet and talk. Or just some kind of refference from one to the other.

And to kill Udina. I don't like him.

When I learned that Collectors were once Protheans, I expected more dialogue about it. Maybe some mission, or some scene where we learn something, some history. Especially during suicide mission I though that someone would mention that we finally bring peace to the Prothean race through destruction of base or something like that. But except dialogue with Mordin its never mentioned again and for me it was a big thing.

In Mass Effect 1 when you let Shiala live and the conversation dialogue makes it appear she would be recruitable but isn't.

Later on in Mass Effect 2 when you meet up with her again she hints her interest for Shepard but takes off again.

I see Shiala as a sexy/cool character with unused potential.(much like Nihlus before dieing)

She could and might be a story fill-in(Feros) and love interest(for the hold outs) come ME3 but I doubt it.

I expected some kind of squadmate betrayal to happen... but it actually never did. I thought the whole notion of gaining their trust was to keep them from turning against you or (when things got tough) take their chances without you.

Not really. It's one Asari (granted, a strong one, but probably not any tougher than, say, Benezia...) with what, 5 gimpy bodyguards that your team could tear apart in 3 seconds?

It wouldn't be an easy fight, but who wants an easy fight?

...and it's not like everyone in Omega is going to suddenly turn on you. They follow Aria because she kicked the Patriarch's ass. They will follow you if you kick Aria's ass.

My wife really wanted a renegade interrupt when she met Kaidan again in ME2. Her fingers are crossed for ME3.

You technically get "betrayed" by Zaeed on his loyalty mission. More like he goes rogue, but still.

i wish there would have been an event if you had brought grunt along for mordin's loyalty mission. while shep and mordin discuss whether its moral to continue developing the genophage, i bet grunt would have been like "CURE THE GENOPHAGE". would have been interesting to see how that resolved, maybe a big firefight where you're forced to kill mordin or grunt.

Well Grunt was genetically engineered as a middle finger to the Genophage. So I don't think the cure would be as important to him as it would be to Wrex.

true, but you got to think he would place some importance on the phage. he is krogan first and foremost, after all, and he's already shown typical krogan hatred for salarians and turians.

I wanted to Shepard Punch! quite a few characters like Aria, but apparently Renegade Shepard only picks on reporters.

Use krogan headbutt to settle arguments on the SR2. would be epic.

So aria is the asari from Wrex's story? It has been a while, did he actually say aria?

I think I also would have greatly enjoyed the ability to shoot Miranda when I first met her face to face. Considering I shot nearly every other person who fired a gun in my general direction, my restraint confused me.

That would be awesome.

Miranda shoots Wilson.
Shepard shoots Miranda
Jacob: What the hell are you doing?
Shepard: Sorry, force of habit.

In fact, I wished to have any interrupt after infamous "I loved you"
Also notable moments:
Rana Tanoptis - option to kill her
Crew after keeping the Collectors' base - why everyone are suddenly against that decision, even if on the base they supported this idea?
LotSB - any renegade interrupts? Options to not be so friendly to Liara?
Shoot Udina in the leg. Especially if he isn't a Councilor.
Not so friendly: Jack on Miranda's loyalty mission, Legion and Tali on each other's loyalty mission, Grunt on Mordin's loyalty mission

Some folks believe it's Aria.. dunno where they're getting their info from tbh. Wrex is talking about an asari commando called Aleena. I rather doubt Aria and Aleena are the same person, but the universe is remarkably small on some occasions. Would be rather funny for Wrex and Aria to actually be friends and meet up again...

I like this.  But I probably do it after recruiting Mordin & Archangel.  Then despose of Aria.
Aria may seem very popular to some people.  I'd admit she is an interesting character but I don't think she has survive against an army of geth, Krogans, mercenaries, a freaking reaper etc etc.  She is tough I give her that, but her playing field is just Omega and the perhaps some regions of the surrounding terminus system.

because it's largely hinted towards and Aria even says that she's gone by MANY NAMES.

seeing as how a lot of her vague backstory we get and that she's had MANY NAMES (out of her own mouth) is it really hard for you to understand why the connection is made?

if you actually pay attention to the story Wrex tells you and read the stuff from Aria/about Aria you'll see the connections (and no I'm not linking to them or listing them..do it yourself)

it's actually more likely Aria=Aleena then it them not being the same person.

not that hard to get.

Why is it that no one can take hearing Aria say "don't f*ck with me"? I don't want to be a hero with so fragile an ego as that.
