YOUR INCIDENT NUMBER IS: 110122-014383

PS3 60Gig that plays PS2 games. I got 20+ hours into the game with 30% unlock trophies.
The game freezes loading the Normandy. I wait it out, walked to get a coke. Came back and the loading icon wasn't moving. I did a soft reset and now the file is corrupted. I think I just lost my save.  If they can't save my game I'm going to return it or get store credit. =\\

Same thing I had (20+ hours)... They'll tell you to check the disc for scratches and that console modifications and unlicensed devices are discouraged.

They told me "At this point its almost impossible to put it back. I am sorry but you would ned to start all over and check above for future precautions."

I'm sorry.

(The game is 20$ on steam)

I'm sorry to hear that. I've just return the game this morning for full credit. I talk to the manager of the store for about 30+ mins. He gave me full credit to my next purchase. I'm leaving Bioware. I'm going to other social mediums and let them know of my experience with Bioware. Twitter, Facebook, ATOS, etc. Good luck with your next purchase.

Ya know, "PS3User.Thao" instead of taking the game back and proceeding to 'bad mouth' Bioware, you could of waited for them to patch up the game, then maybe you could of done this whole "Oh my god, I didn't get what I wanted, how I wanted... I shall bring down their corporation through the means of social networks". There's no need for it.
