He should still be able to play games offline. Probably won't be able to access any game updates or DLC, but it's a ban from xbox live, not from playing games on the xbox.

You're right dude. But it's so sad that he can't download Warden's Keep. Tsk tsk tsk tsk.
I'm glad that I just bought my new 360 last month, because my old one was trampled by my niece. Can't get angry with him 'coz he's so cute dude. You should have seen him begged for my mercy. Anyway, my new console was already fully modified ( It was an Elite so I expected it as much ). My friend's console isn't, so he tried to modify it to some people out there. After,that, he can play Fight Night Round 4 and other newer games. We were so happy because we can play online now, then suddenly, he got banned. Now my advice to him is to earn some money, save it, then buy an Elite just like what I did.
