So I recently bought the Dragon Age Ultimate edition and made an Arcane warrior. According to many guides and people, Evon the great mail with Wade's Superior Heavy dragon scale set is one of the best armors for an Arcane warrior. But it seems that Evon the great mail has a warrior/ rogue restriction. Did Bioware make it this way with the 1.04 patch or is it just some mod I might be using?

Someone else recently posted abou this, too. I wonder if this is a Ult Ed thing.
As you appear to be using the PC version, I have been informed that there may be a mod (or mods) made available that can alter the magical effects of such items from within the game. Maybe these will be helpful, though I do not use such mods myself.
In the meantime, other good options are Cailan's massive armor, Warden Commander plate, Felon's light armor, Battledress DLC, Reaper's vestments, etc, and the Wade's Superior set you already have.

I couldn't find mods anywhere regarding the Evon the great mail. Is there a way to use the toolset in order to change it?
