 Although i bought Mass Effect 2 DIGITAL DELUXE EDITION from STEAM no such folder as "bonus" exists in C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Steam\\\\\\\\steamapps\\\\common\\\\\\\\mass effect 2\\\\Bonus) like steam suggests. Why? Please help!

I have no problem with in game dlc. All i'm missing is Digital Deluxe Extras

The Digital Art Book, Comic, Documentary Video and Original Soundtrack will be located in your Steam folder for this game after completing installation (default location: C:\\\\\\\\Program Files\\\\\\\\Steam\\\\\\\\steamapps\\\\\\\\common\\\\\\\\mass effect 2\\\\\\\\Bonus).

There's no such folder in my game files.

Maybe you have to download it from http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php. I am not a Steam user myself, so this is just a guess.

I'm just trying to figure out what's going on and who might help. Bioware, EA or Steam? i wrote to all three sigh!

Official game support is performed by EA.

Steam, being the distributor of the version you have purchased, are the ones responsible for ensuring you get what you have paid for. If the files are not where they are supposed to be, then Steam is the first contact point.

As you mentioned, they are supopsed to be downlaoded and installed to the steam\\steamapps directory. If they are not there, then its a problem with Steam's delivery of the content.

That said, I would suggest you uninstall the Steam version, purge all the references to it in your cache, and then use your product key to download it from EA's distribution channel. Soundslike a hassle, but its worth it in the long run, as the Steam version is causing more problems than any other version.
