 ok so i put in the code on the site because it wouldnt work in the dragon age downloadable content page for some reason
 anyways it worked here on the site but it only gave me it for mass effect 2 and not dragon age
i thought it was spose to give it to you for both games?

this is for the 360 version btw

I'd suggest getting in touch with EA about the issue because it seems obvious the code was new (otherwise it would not have allowed anything).



Are you certain you've exhausted the Dragon Age in-game method of code redemption?

it wouldnt let me put the code in ingame so i had to come put it in this site

You've been to the 'Download content' page and pressed 'Y' to redeem and it was a no-go, huh? OK.



Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the relevant clickable under 'Help'; I'd imagine it's the 'Email us' option.
