A couple problems

First, trying to contact someone with questions about buying and using bioware points: for months now I have consistently gotten an error message whenever I try to buy and DLC or add points.  Following the FAQ to get help, the website help.bioware.com does not exist, and the page I am sent to to send an email to a developer tells me to use a form that is not on the page, nor anywhere else for that matter.  I would really like to talk to an official person who might be able to help with the store glitch I have been experiencing (on three different computers over 3+ months), and if anyone could direct me to such a person, I would really appreciate it.  Sorry to add to the clutter here, but I can't find any information on this forum that pertains to the series of errors I have experienced.

EA is the official help site, and they do have a page labelled similarly to what you mentioned. Here's the one for DAO:

You have register and log in before you will ever see any option to either send an eMail or join a Live Chat session (it having been Sunday afternoon when I answered, I could have said wait until tomorrow for the Chatline). 

I don't know the Chatline hours / days.  I'm sure it's not 24 / 7.
