mm.. try to avoid her as not been line of sight and conserate to others first..Meaning leave her last..

Just run forward straight away and around the entire walkway and kill everything in your path.

Do another planet first, so you are a bit more leveled. Take the right path and find a position you are out of sight of benezia.

defeating her is simple. What you want to do is crouch behind the wall. Take out the first wave. Benezia will try to hit you with her biotic powers but won´t work if you are positioned behind the wall post. After the first wave run to the next corner repeating the same step.

Just like in Metal Gear, that one level against Revolver Ocelot where that dude is tied with all those strings setting up the bomb if hit and Ocelot being able to pinpoint ricochet his bullets into you. I had trouble with this level all the time until I once just freaked out and charged him, ... he fled, didn't shoot at me once again, and I simply shot right in front of me whilst running after him yelling some wierd sh*t. It worked. Actually it worked out so perfectly that it is hilarious to think of all the guys like me before that are hitting the official guides and internet and trainers and what not else just to get past that encounter.
Sometimes, crazy things simply are crazy enough to work!

A party of biotics Liara,Kaiden and Shepard can help much with abilities like throw, cast it on every enemy send them flying and then finish them off and stasis can buy you some time to heal against Benezia.

Easy. If you go to the catwalk on the other side of the room she can't hit you and you can take out each wave without moving around too much.

What everybody else says, but watch out for the Statis, her shock troops will kill your squad while you are frozen with biotic power

I used Liara and Garrus, and just started from one end, kept in cover as much as possible, and worked my way around to her, saving her for last. When the last way of Asari biotics came in, I just kept hammering at Benezia and let Liara and Garrus cover my ass.

Wow, reading these posts there a number of good ways. I took Wrex and Garrus as a vanguard and I found staying in the corner you start in will get you killed quickly. I always run to that right corner and stay there as long as possible, then advance again, then back around.
