All right, I know this sort of topic has probably been made before, but I couldn't find anything exactly like this via the search feature.


Essentially, what my question to you is, "What is your perfect squad for Mass Effect 3?"
Pick 14 members, these members can be anyone that wasn't in your squad, such as Kal'Reegar or Shiala - this is your dream squad, so whether or not they are actual squadmates when Mass Effect 3 is released doesn't matter. This is a game, of sorts. 
The reason I came up with the 14 squadmember limit is because:
Mass Effect 1 had 6 squadmates. Mass Effect 2 had 10 squadmates (Excluding Morinth, and DLC characters -  characters who you can still choose to be in your dream squad). There was an increase of four members, so I chose 14, as it seemed logical. It'd be interested to see people's lists.

And I really like the sniper in Big Ben from the ME3 trailer, but I had to leave him out. So, honorable mentions: Big Ben sniper and Patriarch. I also liked Lorik Qu'uin (I think that's how it is spelled) But he didn't seem like a possible squadmate.

I'd rather just pick the 2 that would go with me when I don't have a good idea of what to expect.



Chris Shepard: Colonist, Lone Survivor, Engineer, Paragon

Squadmates: Wrex and Ashley.

This way, I have a lot of firepower at any range, and the closer the enemy gets, the more firepower I have to brink to bare. Wrex has adequate biotic abilities to cover that niche, while my Shepard has all the tech powers I'll ever need. Ashley is my preferred LI on this Shepard as well, so I shouldn't miss a chance for reconciliation. Combat with this squad is very 'in your face' and pretty much consists of a frontal assault by Ashley and Wrex while Shepard employs tech abilities and directs fire to critical targets.



Kimberly Shepard: Earthborn, Ruthless, Adept, Renegade

Squadmates: Grunt and Tali.

Each squad member serves a highly specialized role within the squad. Grunt provides firepower at medium and short range and as the bullet sponge, while Tali takes out their defenses that will let Shepard's biotics or Grunt's shotgun finish the job. Combat is generally a systematic elimination of targets with coordinated application of combat powers and extensive use of the enviroment.

Seriously I like ALL squadies ME1+ME2 and Kal Reegar seems cool too. But so long as I can have Kaidan back, Bioware can basically throw in anyone else to join the party. Heck, throw in Conrad Verner as squadie and I won't even mind =p
