That could be because she doesn't like you enough if your reputation is low. If it's a bug you could try forcing her back into the party - Google for baldurs gate force-join ctrl q.

my rep is 20 when i try to talk to her it says she has nothing to say.
fortunatly i had an auto save from before
what i wanted was to rearrange my party permanitly so whe i load my game they are already in the right order

1) Did you patch the game?
2) Are you using Shadowkeeper a lot? I'm not sure what'd make the characters sort themselves by the order they were recruited in. The only other thing I could think of is Multiplayer.
