We should have gotten one by now. Teaches that 'maybe' means 'no'. And 'we try our best' means 'if we have time, which is unlikely'.

My own personal theory as to why we haven't seen or heard Lady Hawke is that she is so much pure awesome that they are having difficulty erecting strong enough containment fields.

Just thinking, did Gaider actually confirm that fem!hawke's VA was in DAO? I remember watching the interview and I'm more-or-less certain he said he was unsure. The only certainty was that she was in ME as a minor character.
Just thinking that maybe there are more options than merely Belinda Cornish.

The only other option would be Dr. Chakwas VA I believe unless Gaider meant the ME series and not just the first game.

Hmmm, okay. I don't really mind who it is as long as they're good. I just wondered if we were narrowing our options too much. Are there other options you can think of if he meant ME as a series?

He did say the VA voiced both a minor character in Origins and a character from the Mass Effect series, we looked at ME2 as well. That's why we narrowed it down to Belinda Cornish really. I went back to look at the posts from 5 months ago to confirm this. There is still room for doubt of course, maybe someone wasn't listed on IMDB or something, but those (plus the British accent) are the clues we have.

To be fair, it is a very basic feature of the game. If I have to listen to 'my' character being voiced, I really don't want to cringe with every word she says.



And I do have faith that the DA:O team made a good choice. It is just that I'm very picky in female voices, and more so for 'my' character.



So yes, I'm still eagerly and maybe not so patiently waiting for Her Voice to be heard.
