I think Jennifer Hale could do it justice. There's a reason she's so prolific, after all. would I have wished for it to be Jennifer Hale if I was a player? i would say no, simply because she's so prolific, I would like to hear other actors.
So I take it this will be a never-ending debate just like Meer vs. Hale then? Hoboy.
Personally, I think both voice actors did an excellent job. And I'm not just saying that to be diplomatic - I did most of my Cinematic Design work using Female Hawke, while my first playthrough was using Male Hawke, and both had some really strong moments.
Then again, I liked both Meer and Hale on ME for different reasons. So I think maybe I'm an aberration.

And you wonder why we try not to make promises or tell you anything speculative or uncertain or predictive. it's like y'all want to be disappointed sometimes!AlexXIV wrote...
We should have gotten one by now. Teaches that 'maybe' means 'no'. And 'we try our best' means 'if we have time, which is unlikely'.

Victia, here's your straw to clutch!mousestalker wrote...
My own personal theory as to why we haven't seen or heard Lady Hawke is that she is so much pure awesome that they are having difficulty erecting strong enough containment fields.

We are not responsible for the community working itself into a tizzy. okay, usually not responsible for that. Also, "but we waaaaaaaaaants it!" is not exactly the kind of thing I can go to anyone with, with that request. sorry.Ninotchka wrote...
Mr Woo, we wondering if we could ask you to prod and poke some of your colleagues into action. Can they give us *anything* a sound file, a a/v clip, a date? A borked promise? A promise of a promise? Preferably something before the 11th Feb - that is so incredibly far away......
We've been waiting so long! This is officially a S.O.S

didn't Chris Priestly say this just a few pages ago, because that's where I found it, quoted a couple times by folks who were discussing it:namedforthemoon wrote...
Well Stan, that's the thing with us fans. You have to spell it out for us, or else we go into a tizzy.
It's almost like people have decided that getting into a tizzy is what gets results so y'all are tizzying way more than usual. Here's a thought:
There is a DA2 demo coming.
You can play as male or FEMALE Hawke
Hawke will speak in teh dmeo.
Problem solved. ../../../images/forum/emoticons/smile.png

As long as the tizzy is about gender politics and marketing, i can not participate in this thread. If we're still talking about LadyHawke voice acting and how awesome she is, then I can. Sorry, kind of a resolution this year.Ninotchka wrote...
We are still at about the 'rational' level of tizzy about an issue that's tizzyworthy.

I've been using the word "tizzy" all week to describe some of the "excitement" we've seen recently, so perhaps we're quoting each other.namedforthemoon wrote...
Sorry, I'm the one that used the word tizzy, Stan's just quoting me. I think.

Live is one of my favourite bands. And i think LadyHawke's voice will make you run to the water. in my opinion, Merrill's voice makes the dolphins cry (in a ood way, of course).namedforthemoon wrote...
More importantly, does she make the dolphins cry?
