It find of sucks for people who romanced ashley or kaidan  in me1. Liara has bigger part in me2 and at least does not hate you.

She even got dlc which allows you to do more.

But no dlc is been out for ashley.

If me3 does not have ashley or kaidan depending on who you let live as party member ill be seriously let down by series.

I like liara's character but you have to see it other way.

And the best reason I could assume there hasn't been any DLC for Ash and Kaidan is that most people find them boring.

Me? I'm indifferent for the most part, but Ash and Kaidan get alot of hate.

kaiden/ashley blow ass thats why. theyre alliance soldiers who have lame positions in the army and dont do anything important, liara tracks down the shadow broker.

Crusade, I'm a big fan of Ashley and Kaidan, and I'd like to see DLC for them as much as anyone, but please permit me to point out that there are many other threads about them already. Why not post here, here, or here?

Really that's a fault of the writers not the character. I'm pretty certain Ash and Kaidan could do something important if the plot demands like Liara did.

Heres what i think bioware is ****ed for me3. No way they can please every one. If ashley is me3 party member liara fans get mad and if liara is then ahsley fans get mad and if they both are and some me2 character is forgotten people will get mad.



Unless they have all character from me1 and me2 all as party members someone will not get there favourite character.

then in your case Liara is smart enough to realize you had no choice. there she is still smartest of the 3.

Bioware have said in the past that all romances are equal to them.  Now, I don't think they've been treating Ashley and Kaidan equally at all, but the story isn't finished yet.  We'll see.

In terms of non-romanceable characters, some of these are huge fan favourites (like Mordin, Wrex, and Legion), so I think we have reason to hope we'll see them again too.

You make a good point. Expectations are extremely high for BioWare games; Mass Effect 3 perhaps having the highest. If BioWare manages to make ME3 and sastify everyone in terms of character inclusion, I'll be very impressed.

I rather them relay game till 2013 just to make it prefect for every one.

All of my Shepards except one romanced Ashley, so I'm not a Liara fanboy out to get you.



The fact is that Liara is a far more important character in the Mass Effect universe than whatever random Alliance soldier survived ME1.
