 Why did Liara get DLC over Ash / Kaidan?

Yep, that's what I've read from the devs themselves. I'd provide a link but I don't have one. Maybe someone else around here does. I wish for more DLC's too and even though I'm a bigger Liara fan, I will be seriously disappointed and angry if this is not Ash/Kaidan DLC. I've already lost most of my hope for ME3 to be a good ending to Commander Shepard's story. If they don't patch things up for Ash/Kaidan, things really won't be looking good.

No Bioware employee has ever confirmed one way or the other. This was an assumption made over and over because there will be one week of CDN for a DLC(not the last DLC, it was just noted as a DLC) and then one for ME3.

Yes, many of us have considered this.  But only time will tell.

Again, I respectfully suggest that discussion of this topic move to the threads dedicated to the characters mentioned in the title, or to the threads on DLC in general or VS-related DLC.  There's no need to clutter up the forums with a dozen threads on the same subject.

It is likely there will be a VS dlc, so I wouldn't worry about it, although it does get frustraiting after all this time. My hopes are high though.

If I may be so bold as to disagree: LotSB was stated to be the first bridging DLC, not the only one.  (Indeed, speaking of it as the beginning of bridging DLC implies that it's not the only one.)  Chris Priestly has stated in the dedicated DLC thread that there will be more DLC.  Let's just hope that Bioware doesn't change their minds about making more bridging stuff and decide to release Appearance Pack 2.  ;-)

Pretty much after Lair of the Shadowbroker came out and everyone asked "is this the end?". We said, no there is more coming then, and we're still saying there is more DLC coming.

You're not calling me out, Dan; nothing you've quoted is inconsistent with what I've said. All I stated was that Chris said there would be more DLC. However, we were earlier on told that LotSB would be the first of the bridging DLCs. I can't find a link for this (and would be obliged to anyone who could), but I remember it. When I cited Chris, I was pointing out that he's reassured us there's still more DLC, but he didn't say of what kind, and hoping that it would be bridging.

Anyway, I am going to put my money where my mouth is and try not to post in this thread anymore.  I encourage people to use threads on this topic that were created earlier and have a larger wealth of backmaterial to look through (so one's question might even be answered before one asks it).

Sorry, I guess my edit got in a little late. I was acknowledging there would be more bridging DLC, but the person I'd quoted said there would be only one more. When it has not been specified as to how much more we're getting.

Liara was vital to the mission in ME1, and I suspect will also be helpful with her information network in ME3. Not to diss A/K, but they're just your average joe alliance soldiers.

Of course that can change with the stroke of a writer's pen, but yeah...

They were underground. Haters of certain character don't get vocal until supporters do - and A/K fans have been very vocal as of late. Not that there's anything wrong with that...

The amount of outcry about the lack of a VS dlc goes up by the day, as that figure rises, so does the amount of haters. It's all related see.

You could even make a pretty graph for it.
