I like most of them. Kasumi kinda stood out though i love her sense of humour.

My favorite character introduced in ME2 would be Kasumi. Her personality and style set her apart from the others. I love how she calls you "Shep". Her abilities in combat are great too. But overall as a character she has made my favorites list.

That's a difficult question. I don't think I can really list a single favourite.
To compensate, I'll list four; Miranda, Thane, Mordin and Samara. I like most of the ME2 characters, though.

I haven't played Zaeed or Kasumi's DLC packs yet, but Miranda and Samara stand out for me: easy-on-the-eyes, no-nonsense female characters who (IMHO) are the games the most useful squad members? Yes please.

It's a tie between for Thane and Miranda for every aspect, from character, to character development, to usefulness in the field, to just outright awesomeness. Legion comes a close second, followed by Mordin. I always preferred my squad to have sniper rifles. The biggest disappointment had to be Tali in ME2. ME1 Tali was like my little sister (and I have one IRL so I know), but ME2 Tali was bleargh.

Samara. Because she looks like the ultimate Asari Fanservice Hottie, but is actually quite the opposite. She has depth, wisdom, and a certain vulnerability that never ventures into pathetic territory.
