If the regions for a copy of Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 don't match up, can the save file still be carried over?
Example. If you completed an American copy of Mass Effect, could you carry that file over to a copy of Mass Effect 2 from Europe? Or vice versa.

being said, we don't officially support changing languages and/or
regions, so there may be some strange results, such as alphabetical
characters missing if one font set does not contain another, etc..."
