Okay I have gone through this game crashing in windows 7 64 left and right so I play it on my back up HD that has XP. I can't get player profile to update and finally realize Steam can't seem to turn on updater and get the service running manually......so hey I been through alot but I like the story.....but now....I swear this is about the last straw....

Now it won't let me add picture  content saying my file name is profane? How is this possible? My Character's name is Sigismundo try as I might i can not find any hidden cursewords, and as for my filename? I don't even choose the file name of the pictures? What is this reffering to.

I swear maybe there is another game afoot, played by EA execs how far can we tick off and in generally PO our customers before they stop buying our product. "Hey Eric I have a new idea on how we can rain on their day, let's say their filenames for pictures are profane." "But doesn't our progam decide the filename John?" "Oh Details Eric....details"

I can't even begin to understand this

Maybe the folks in the social site help forum can... well... parse this one out...

Even better I log on to EA online, and try to go to support and I just get a white screen that clicks but never loads....I'm sorry FOr bringing John and Eric's name into this please please forgive me

LOL.  Seriously, though, a few people have had some java or flash issues or whatever on EA's support site.  Did you go to support.ea.com or help.dragonage.com.  Either one will work, if... you know... it works.

I would just like the powers that be at EA to consider this. My system has no other issues with any other game.....and yet.... I crash in a game that is old now constantly with good hardware, my player profile won't update my picture files won't load now saying that they file name is profane....hich is just my name plus a number and teh system chose it, so if that number means something else to a programmer I am not aware of it's profanity....and now when i try and get help their "support" system won't work due to a Java issue.....


has ANYONE at this company heard of the KISS rule?

Hmm I don't know what they did but at least my chars update is working now, and I can upload photos......I went on EA live chat and complained they looked and stated it "can't be fixed" to which I sort of pressed a bit harder. i don't know what they all did but they seem to send it off to someone and just told me to post in this forum, but about 20 min later it was working again......no clue why it said my files names had profanity.....but was deffinately a bug....
