Same problem with PayPal twice. Contact EA tech support and chat service. I had a 7 minute wait. Once on online I had to print screen/and forward my invoice to the EA rep. Two minutes later I was able to use my bioware points.

Signing as well. Valid card, just used it on Steam not 5 minutes ago, same card I use for my usual Paypal purchasing (which is what I use if I can help it), both error out (CSC error when going direct to card, and Paypal errors, which dont show up on Paypal's end either)

DA2 is almost here and DLC buying mechanism is completely broken! WTF?

Same problem here. Perfectly valid card and CSC error every time, no matter what browser I use.

edit: Bought points from EA store. With same card that gave CSC error at Bioware. Took 5 hours for order to clear but at least I got my points. Ofcourse I needed only 400 points and had to buy 800. -.-
Looks like this problem is been going on for over a month now, how about you eventually do something to fix it, with DA 2 coming and all.

Just tried to buy points, invalid CSC.

Tried several times. No Luck. Same CSC error. Works just fine everywhere else. I guess they don't want our money. Maybe it'll force us to get a non-legit version for all the DLC on TPB. Oh well, their loss.

Just tried buying DA2 DLC. Message I get is "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one.".

But its fine, I don't mind. I understand. You won't take my credit card, and won't take my paypal either. But its ok, I heard about this swedish site that might be able to help me. Maybe I should try them since, you know, you guys are useless and put up stuff for sale only to keep people from buying it.

this really proving my theory that this issue was deliberately done so that people will go to EA Store to buy the points. I don't want to buy there. Singapore EA Store is much more expensive. I'm in Malaysia btw. Having the same problem. Signed.
