So i just bought the game and redeemed the code to Cerberus Network downloaded it. When in main menu it says press triangle to connnect to EA servers. i press thes damn button and it connects and wrights "connected to EA servers" and nothing. So how do i download the comic? or connect ot this "network" ?

The comic appears after the prologue, so play through that first.

Yep. Once Shepard gets sucked out of the airlock the comic will start.

All is ok. comic did started! i was under impression that this network was a separate menu where you can read news and stuff.....strange.

The Cerberus Pack (that you can download with the PSN code) contains the comic, new weapons and armor, The Hammerhead, plus Zaeed and his mission.

I suppose the Cerberus Network is useful in the future to annouce new DLC and such. Yes, it is a separate menu (the computer on he right), but seeing how new the PS3 version is, I'm not surprised that there's nothing to read there.

Are you sure it's registered to the email you use for your PSN ID?

yes its a registered one and i been using since i have killzone 3 and dragon age:origins, btw i live in Asia area in Philippines and bought last week. I tried it again and its not working again, what should I do?

Try EA or Bioware Live Chat? Someone tried that in the forums and the CS Rep actually gave him a freebie along with fixing his problem.

They will do that? but i don't know if they can trust a totally stranger to do that. This is really annoying i was really hoping for the pack.Maybe i should create a new PSN ID?

They're not really strangers, but rather designated employees who handle any customer complaints and issues, and try to resolve them accordingly. If you're worried about your personal information, trust me, it's all very safe. They're official Bioware and EA reps that handle your problem.

OK man thanks for the info, i will try messaging with them. I remember this is also happened to my dragon age:origin code. After a few months it works and i got the free downloads, I don't know if this will happened again on this game.
