I was just wondering how much will be transfered. Will upgrades you researched transfer or not? Also will weapons tranfer over?(will the firepower pack, terminus armor transfer as well?)

Well a better question is how will your Mass Effect 3 turn out if Shepherd died at the end of Mass Effect 2?

You can't import an ME2 game where Shep dies, so that's a simple answer. 
As for the extent of what -does- transfer, no-one knows at this time.

I actually only want my weapons to transfer, I dont fine the Downloadable armors to work out too well to my Shepherd lol. Well that kinectic one does, but thats because you can pick the pieces that better suit you.
