Ok, so, I'm posting a new silly problem. I know it is not OC-related, but it is in the romance pack. I've already posted my question there, but after so many weeks, no answer arrives. So I'm trying to post it here, maybe some of you wonderful modders can help me ^^
Here the summary :-P Sorry for the link but it would be long to write again!

Ok, this is a bug, I suppose. Yesterday I've killed the n-th shadow reaver, who dropped off a wonderful Iltkazar tome. Then, I've looked in my inventory and found another copy of the book. (so now I have 2 books in my inventory) Ammon said "Go and show it to Aldanon", but when I go to speak to Aldanon, the dialogue shows the same old options and I don't get any possible interaction about the tome. :-/
Any idea on how to move the situation?
Thanks!

It *may* be a bug, or it just may be the game doing what it does. Aldanon doesn't do anything with that book immediately - it will take him quite some time to decipher it. He SHOULD acknowledge it, though, and tell you to talk to Grobnar about using the Tome to improve the Construct. If he has actually said something like this, then things seem to be going okay. Go down to the basement near the Construct and talk to Grobnar. If he uses the Tome, then you should be fine. If you've done everything else you want to do with the Keep, rounding up allies, shopping trips, etc., go talk to Nevalle and tell him the Keep is ready.
....
The fact that you have two copies doesn't sound good, though. Where did you get the first one? Or do you only have the one (Aldanon doesn't actually take it out of your inventory - I keep the Alteration Powder to stuff plot items in just in case they're ever needed again - despite knowing exactly that they never will be).

No, when I speak to him, the option is "Any idea in how to enter Merdelain?" or something similar (I play the game in Italian, so this is a very free translation). Aldanon answers that he needs the book to know something, but probably the book is in the hands of a shadow reaven. I'd like to say "No, it's right here in my inventory!" but I have no such option. It seems to me the game simply doesn't recognize I have the tome. :-(
About the two copies: I've collect one from the corpse of the reaver. Then, when I've opened the inventory to see the description, I've found 2! o.O

Okay, I've looked around a little. This bug has come up several times - unfortunately, if there is a scripting solution, it's long gone. But here's what I think ...
Your best bet is to redo the battle with the Reaver; this time, do things a little bit differently. First, take Grobnar along (one person said he was only able to make it work with Grobnar: hmmm, maybe; I don't think it's necessary, but it couldn't hurt). Second, when the Reaver dies, the Tome might appear in your inventory automatically; you don't need to take it from his body. You should get a speech from Ammon Jerro. I think this is the script that puts the Tome in your inventory and also sets the variable that tells the program you have it; this is the script that I think failed for you, especially since it's the standard sort of on-death script that fails so often. If you don't hear from AJ or if you have two Tomes in your inventory before you leave the beach, you will probably end up right back where you are now. If you just can't get AJ to speak up, try leaving the beach WITHOUT the Tome (that is, leave it on the Reaver's corpse) and see what happens.
Second, you might also just try to go forward - nothing really depends on having the Tome. See if Grobnar and Nevalle will give their standard conversation options I mentioned above.
Third, if nothing else works, perhaps someone will look into the script. I mentioned that this has been reported before - once right here a year ago, but the player apparently got it fixed without resorting to the console: frustrating link
p.s. Here's a more readable version of the walkthrough that kevL linked to: gamefaqs
The player who wrote the walkthrough actually had your bug, but he didn't realize it. He just played through and everything worked out (although he never tried to have Grobnar upgrade the Construct; you may also have to skip that part).

Here I am!
The Tome appeared automatically in my inventory, yes, but then I've looted the reaver corpse looking for other interesting things (and a regeneration ring IS interesting :-D ). Can I pick up those things (and not the second Tome, of course) or should I also avoid to look in the corpse?
You're right, I have only half of the conversation with Jerro. I know that because it was my turn to speak and I was "kicked out" from the dialogue window.
Yesterday I've tried to "go forward", as you suggest, but the result was that Aldanon (that reaches for you in the entrance of the keep when Jerro is missing) doesn't move from that position even after we came back with Jerro, so I simply can't "move forward" (literally, I can't walk past Aldanon :-/ )
Tonight is too late (come back late from job), but I will surely try to follow your suggestion. Then I'll come back here to tell you how it has gone.
Thank you ^^
