I orginally posted this in the toolset forum (because I use the toolset to edit the 2da files), but a mod said this might be the better place to post my question.

I created a 2da file called cls_bsplvl_dradis and cls_bsplvl_archer so Dragon Desciples and Arcane Archers can continue to gain spells with the Eldritch Knight spell progression. How do I link my custom 2da file to the RDD/AA so they can gain spells. I tried editing the class 2da file, but that didn't work. Any other suggestions?

I posted this before I saw the sticky on custom classes, feats, and spells.And I'm still having a problem. I did everything according to the sticky, but when I get my second level RDD for some reason (not first level), it's not giving my custom feat. It might be because I have no idea what stringref to use for the feat name and discription. what am I doing wrong. I've modified the feats2da, the CLS_BFEAT_ARCHER2da, the CLS_FEAT_ARCHER 2da, the CLS_FEATMAP_ARCHER 2da, and the CLS_BSPLVL2da, and it's not working... (I also did it for my dragon desciple 2da files as well
