Spoke to a customer rep from Sony and EA...

 Just spoke to an EA support rep and they said they are working on a fix, though not sure when it will be released.  

If you bought the game through PSN, sadly you cannot get a refund.

In either case depending on how long it will take for them to fix it you will be stuck with a broken game without any chance of refund,  I called a rep in Sony and they said IF it does not get fixed they will put out an incentive for people who bought it online obviously, but he guarantees that bioware will/should fix it. 

But without any official statement from bioware (besides the forum mods) addressing that there is a problem I can't help but feel bad for the players who have had their files corrupted or cannot continue with the game because of problems.  

All we can do now is play a waiting game.

Working on a fix for what? Their are many bugs in this game but the two game breaking ones are the corrupt saves and freezing that halts your continuation of the game.

They need to fix the NG+ bug as well.

And the love photo in the captains quarters and the audio delay issues i think that covers everything then lol

Well according to the rep:
***e: I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. This is a temporary issue and our engineers are already aware of this. They are working to resolve this as soon as possible. I would advise you to please wait for some time and then try again.

This was in regards to a bug I have encountered in Thane's loyalty mission but I have also noted that there are other bugs, so this is the general answer for the "everything".

I'm sure it is. But like I said, without an "official" statement from bioware itself (besides the mods) we can't guarantee if the fix will come any time soon. I'm just upset I can't get my money back because I bought it from PSN.



Reason why I want a refund is because I don't feel the price point is justified with a broken game like this. If what you say is true that NG+ doesn't work then that really just worries me.



Though I am sure bioware will fix this by the end of this month.

 They need new beta testers and programmers for Mass Effect 3.  This is pathetic.

We better get some sort of reimbursement, some free DLC's would be nice but that is just wishful thinking that will not happen. Until I see an official statement from Bioware itself acknowledges the problems and are working on a fix on the front page then they are just potentially ripping off people everyday.
