First of all I ran into the Justicars glitch caused by the LoTSB DLC, but I decided to go on without her because I was told I could finish the game without Samara. So I get to the Reaper IFF mission and obtain Legion, and that is where everything stops. Legion wont give me the Heretic Station mission and the IFF never sinks up to let me through the Omega 4 Relay. Im just sitting in space with nothing to do.
Is this a result of The Justicars glitch? I was told on the XBox live boards I could go through the Omega 4 without her. Anybody else ever have this problem where Legion wont give you the Heretic Station mission?

I've not encountered the Samara glitch myself but once I had your same problem (wasn't able to activate Legion loyalty mission and omega 4relay) because the games wanted me to do one more mission.
Check where your missions are listed, have you some left?
I had left a loyalty mission for another squadmate, once I did it the Legion loyalty mission appeared.
