I don't see the toolbar anymore. Deliberate change or bug?
While on the topic: would be nice if text we wrote in simple form were preserved if we decide to switch to the standard form in the middle (of course copy/paste is an OK workaround for now)
BUG? : Where did WYSIWYG editor go in full/standard form?

Setting Bioware.com to compatibility mode works!I get the WYSIWYG editor also.
For others with IE8 goto Tools > Compatibility view setting and add bioware.com or simply click the "add this site" button.
