I'd like to see the Dark Promise choice developed in the future as well. The devs have said that this is defnitely not teh last we'll be seeing of Morrigan. I suspect that futurechapters of DA:O will develop around her and her child, either as protagnist/allies or antagonists. It just seems like she'll be the anchor connecting various stories around Thedas, given that she is the face of Dragon Age. I'd like to see significant jumps in time and space between episodes/chapters - perhaps the next game will take place when the child is young and Morrigan more mature while the final game will take place when the child is an adult and Morrigan is approaching late middle age or even old age.
It would be epic, even if the PC and companions from the various games do not really overlap. I would compare it to Duncan Idaho the original series of Dune novels by Frank Herbert; the one constant character is Duncan Idaho, even though the main characters of each novel are, by and large, different people. In the end, the DA:O cycle could explore a lot of great characters, events, concepts and place yet be tied together by the story of Flemeth, Morrigan and the god-child.

I'd buy any DLC to be honest.
