• They never really say much about the game, despite being only 2 months away.
• They only ever talk about the 'combat' which is totally the same thing in DAO. It's not new, only the speed of animation is quicker.
• The story is the same, but different wtf, 10 years before the blight and the 10 years before the blight the game looks different with new weapons spells and foes, hmmmm. What didn't they just say it's a new foe with new beginnings.
• No more original start, all the same.
• No other races.
• Linear game play, story narrated, so this means you can't move away and wonder the wide open world.
• Graphics has been redigned, meaning they have technically removed as they call it 'dead space' meaning less environmental scenary (dull looking).
• Nothing new on crafting, smitthing, alchemy etc. they only prefer to talk about the 'new combat' quote "When I press something, something happens", hmmm doesn't that happen in all games.
• They are officially going to make Dragon Age 3 with possibility of having online play. That question was not ruled out.

These sound like a good list of reasons you shouldn't buy DA2. If you're not happy with the way the game is going, you should certainly feel free to not purchase it. Except:

That's just incorrect. The game starts during the Blight as Hawke is fleeing Lothering, then continues for nine years or so after the Blight is over. It is not a prequel.

They are officially going to make Dragon Age 3 with possibility of having online play. That question was not ruled out.

... and this one I don't understand. Why is that a reason I shouldn't buy DA2?

the story of the main character is to be a hero and stop again on oncoming horde, this time the Qunari, but with horns. So technically speaking, isn't he more superior than the warden, and more important that your so called 10 year difference hero.

I think this topic is unnecessary. There are plenty of topics in which you can discuss your issues with the game without creating a whole new one. These forums are also not a place for you to advertise why others shouldn't buy the game. If you don't like it, don't buy it but please refrain from acting as a concerned informant for the public.

It is partly during but mostly after the blight. The start of the decade is around the starting point of origins.

i didn't notice much wandering around in DAO either, but Kirkwall is most likely the place that you'd be able to walk around during all times (past getting there)

They seem to have removed the herbalism and poisonmaking, you instead find sources of, for example elfroot and point it out to a local herbalist and then you can buy poultices

And? If they are able to do online co-op many would be happy even if the one you play with would do all the talking and decitions.

Nobody said that qunari will be the major enemy in DA2. They are probably one of the enemies you're going to face in DA2. And they aren't at all similar of the darkspawn.
