I'm hoping for a midnight release. It's an 80 mile round trip to get to my game store, though. Lots of coffee and no falling asleep at the wheel. The best thing about being a game fiend: I'm always off of work on Tuesday's.
Woah 80 miles! I once walked many years ago to my game store which was only five miles away. My legs were dead when I got there so now I am relying on having it shipped. If the game ships late anyways it doesn't matter to me because I won't be done with classes till 6 anyways.
Pretty much the only thing that is making time pass by are my classes....it's sad

Work and getting my saves ready for import are the only things keeping me occupied. I tried to stay blissfully unaware until a week ago so the wait wouldn't seem as long. I should have held off a little longer.

Agreed. It seems to me the time would be easier to deal with if we could get some more info tossed our way, specifically about Merrill or "Anders," but that's just my impatience showing, so pay me no mind.
As for what I'm doing to pass the time, I recently purchased Fallout New Vegas for my 360. Really great game and I've only run into one glitch. Somehow, just a few minutes in, my character got herself stuck between a rock and... a tree. Jumping did nothing, crouching did nothing, so thank the Maker for fast travel! Saved me from having to start over. Yeah, I'm one of those folk who prefer to manually save the game herself by disabling every autosave option. I, uh, didn't yet save 'cos I found myself distracted by the graphics. *is all starry-eyed* Besides, autosave always manages to eff something up, so if I can turn it off, I will; if I can't, gotta suck it in, then!
After FNV, I may play Nehrim on my PC. I hear it's more awesome than Oblivion, so we shall see. Hm, I hear the game also includes some romances, so you know I'll be checking out that thoroughly. Very, very thoroughly. Okay, that last part came out wrong, but you know what I mean.

No way and you are still alive? As I remember sidewalks are pretty rare in the US or are you from the UK?

Yeah, lol, I live in a small town. The closest Wal-mart is about 23 miles in two different directions. So, I'm kinda in the middle of Screwedville. Driving it is more than worth it though. I always do midnight releases if they're offered. I'm too impatient.

Ha my bad. I didn't see any days till release posts like I usually see all the time so I thought I might as well contribute

But for now I'm busy completing some Origins saves. Before starting DA 2 I want to have at least 1 Mage, 1 Rogue and 1 Warrior save.

There's still the landsmeet, the Denerim quests, tons of side quests + DLC (just got the ultimate edition so I have to play through EVERYTHING).
Also now I have extra copy of game that I can't give away due to EA's stupid policy.
