Can you get the different hairstyles for the female Shepard (that are not in the game) for the xbox 360 or are they only available for the PC?

Only available through mods which is really only a PC thing. It is possible to mod the 360 but from what I've heard its a rather time consuming effort. If your committed though check out the below thread, that gives a good starting point on what you have to do.
