Edit: Ah I knew I'd fix it two minutes after posting for help, I reinstalled the patch and now it works.

Crash on game options

So I just reinstalled this game and when I find the keyboard short cuts don't work so I go to game options and the game crashes, I reload and it does the same thing. I try to access options from the main menu again it crashes.
Edit: Ah I knew I'd fix it two minutes after posting for help, I reinstalled the patch and now it works.
