She's only 12 if she's been consuming a really unhealthy level of beef hormones.
14, maybe, but that's pubescent; biologically speaking, they're entering the ready-to-make-babies stage. There's no abnormality in finding them attractive.

I 'entered the ready-to-make-babies stage' when I was 9. Anyone looking at a child like that is disturbing. The fact that she looks underage alone should be enough to make you want to back off.
