First time reading it, I assume? All they added in the new update was section 10, relating to the new Music Unlimited Qriocity service..... All the evil stuff in it was there many months ago (possibly years, even).

I think the part that has him upset is the maintenance and upgrades section, where it says it can update your ps3 and change your OS automatically, and without notice, upon logging in (to psn I assume)

Doesn't matter, it's not new. People just didn't bother to read it until last week.

I was able to import my ME2 save into a new game and stay leveled up.  I don't know why you are having a problem and I dont know of anyone else having that problem.

I meant import and keep all my upgrades of course...

Unfortunately even if it was fixed you wouldn't keep the upgrades or heavy weapons. You have to get those all over again even on new game+

Well I've just completed Dead Space 2 and now ME2 has been patched I'm going to start playing it again. =D

I've not played the first Dragon Age, but I probably will do at some point, but right now I'm saturated games wise. Just completed DS2 so now I'm going to try and complete ME2 and KZ3.

I wonder if the new game + glitch exists, i mean your imported character keeps his level, and i dont see the advantage of the game giving you 200,000 credits and 50,000 of each ore if you already have all upgraded and buyed.....

That makes me think that in new game+ you have to make all upgrades and buy new armor again.

Tough in some part it says you keep your heavy weapons, nowhere says you keep your armor and upgrades, or am i mistaken??

And a big Hoooraaayyyyyyy for the patch finally being released for america....!!!!
