I hope this patch there wasn't last. The game still need more patches. What Bioware think about this?

I experiencing some audio cut when the audio is delayed.

Is this the Audio Lag fix?just cut dialogue?

Im getting texture issues and alot of seeing through the characters insides during cut scenes, alot of audio lag and voices sometimes not snycing in parts of the game, but more texture and characters dissappearing

I just downloaded the patch and my game wont even load past the main screen anymore. I've restarted the system 4 times already and every time it just freezes after I press start. I seriously wish this was a joke. I waited a month for the patch and it still doesnt work for me. Im not even mad anymore, I just give up. I'm not even going to be able to return the game anymore its too late and I doubt any patch will fix this for me.

did you try turning off the "auto sign in to EA online" ? i remember that it would take me forever before coz my system was trying to sign in to EA. i usually would turn around and hope by the time i look again, my system's alrady signed in. but yeah... that took a while so i wasnt sure if it froze or not coz the loading sign kept moving.. i just ended up restarting.

so yeah.. try turning that option off. i never had trouble with the start screen after that.

I'm also getting alot of texture issues I wasn't getting pre-patch as well as the disappearing shepard. The texture issue is driving me crazy though. The game seems to have almost been downgraded to PS2 graphics at times and my Shepard's eye's are almost solid white which looks like crap now. Does anyone know if there's a way to uninstall the patch? I was fine with making a backup of my saves from time to time and I couldn't care less if the photo in the cabin was correct or not....

I had no problem in ME2 without patch...now, I have so many freezing stuffs, I play Garrus loyalty mission, and for a couple of times I had freezing problems. Hoping that will be fixed in a new patch.

For those of you still having problems, 1st thing Bioware never stated that this patch would fix the overall freezing issues which are imho just the usual case on every Unreal Engine 3 game I played this far... they fixed the freezing which ended up in corrupting the savegame corruption (well at least I hope they did). Before running around and crying like little children with your freezing games, try the following:



1. Enter the PS3 recovery menu ( http://www.semperthr...coverymenu.html )

2. apply option Nr. 3 (attention: your messages will likely be deleted after the process)

3. try your game again

4. if it's still freezing...

5. make a full system backup (depending on your hdd takes appr. 10 hours or less, don't worry, all your copy-protected savegames will be backed up as well but you maybe need to redownload some DLC and PSN games)

6. go to the recovery menu again and apply option nr. 5 (this will erase EVERYTHNG on your hdd and rebuild the ps3 filesystem. This will take some HOURS, too... don't be surprised)

7. recover your backup, redownload your stuff and continue playing.



Try again, there's a good chance it'll work now...



...because I had frequent freezing problems with several games on my two month old PS3 before. Mainly Uncharted which ALWAYS froze in the same spot and which magically worked perfect after the above mentioned procedure. My freezing issues with Red Dead Redemption disappeared, too.



Give it a try, you could only loose some of your time...



BTW, I just started my third playthrough yesterday evening and I had none of the mentioned issues with the new patch this far.

OMG he's right. i remember the first time i played ME2 online, it took a minute or so to wait the game connect automatically to EA before i can go to option or resume and all that XD

maybe the same thing happened to you guys.

So I beat ME2, and I started a new playthrough, and now I get a bonus to start with because of my achievements. I do not want to start a new game with a bonus, so I deleted my first playthrough completely by deleting my career. I started new again, but still have the bonus option. Is there a way to delete the achievements and start completely over. Also, since I deleted my career, did that completely erase the character so I would not be able to import into mass effect 3?

So my Game just froze on me while I was doing the Archangel mission to get Garrus,it locked up right when I got killed when trying to close all the Doors.and Yes I got the patch downloaded does anyone els still get Freezes? or Graphic Bugs?

Unfortunately even if it was fixed you wouldn't keep the upgrades or heavy weapons. You have to get those all over again even on new game+

yea my game froze today after 20 hours of play!! the game froze at a loading screen the proceded to hard reset my ps3 and now when i boot the game up there is no resume game/ load option?????

According to all of the screens that talk about new game plus, you should keep your armor and heavy weapons. Now, I have a friend who played in on the 360 and he had all of his weapons. All of them. For me and numerous other people, we start out in our armor that we beat the game in, but as soon as we go to alter it, it defaults and it turns out we DON'T have any armor or weapons that aren't DLC.

Your saves got corrupted even with the patch applied? That's really bad news.

My game just froze for the first time, had to restart my PS3, but luckily the saves were still there. Phew...

Damn!!! so the freezes are still around that sux well maybe Bioware will release a patch to fix that also .
