It is without a doubt the greatest default face that Bioware has ever modeled for us. Normal Hawke wasn't much of a stretch from what I've seen before, but Lady Hawke has those striking eyes that'll stop you dead, a chin that displays the hardships she's overcome, and the hair of a woman who has managed to keep her ethreal beauty throughout it. I stand by the decision that Lady Hawke should have been the one on the Destiny trailor.

Thats good to know but I still like making my own. Using default is like telling the game that I don't want to make my own choices.
That's an interesting way of looking at it. I wasn't aware that the game cared if you made your own choices or not.

That's not a poem.

The character creation is like ME. Default or custom. But they have a lot of options now for customs. Females have 32 hairstyles and males have 36. (Probably cause a lot of people made very attractive hair mods ;D ) I will probably have my FemHawke with default blood smear the first playthrough. Gonna go ruthless. Then my good FemHawke I'll custom.
omg no ... why do they do that? That's so stupid to make a default and don't let people change small things. So I have to make a custom that looks like the default just without the bloodsmear ... great ...
I think you're confused. There are TWO versions of the default Hawke for both male and female. One set has the bloodsmear, the other doesn't have the bloodsmear. So you can be the default Hawke, without the bloodsmear, without trying to recreate the look in the customisation.
well that's a relief. I wasn't looking forward to spend hours in the character creation screen

Visit any one of the character support threads. It'll make you want to pour bleach in your eyes.

@Wulfsturm for some reason I can't quote you but I guess I should restate that... I mean to say it feels like I'm telling myself that I don't want to make my own decisions. Its like I want to play the game all default lol.
Well, I supose I can understand that. On the flip side of that though is that you can say that by using the default character face, you made the choice to use something you like.

Most likely, yes.

She's alright looking, but not the look I'll probably go with when I play the game; I like something a little more roguish. I got to demo the game the first time they revealed Lady Hawke to the public and hooted merrily on behalf of all femHawke players at the announcement. She has a good voice, in my opinion, and I look forward to playing her.
I thought people were still waiting to see footage with female Hawke talking?
EDIT: NVM, I misread your post

If he played the demo at one of the conventions he may have heard FemHawke talking.

As much as you hear ManHawke talk in the demo; enough to get a feel for it, but that's about it. (Certainly, like most everyone else, I'd like to see at least one promotional scene with FemHawke, but won't hold my breath)
>> NVM, I misread your post<<
Rereading my original post I could see how that would happen; I should have said "I look forward to playing her more" or something to that effect.

But be careful with falling in love with fictional characters. It never ends well..
Well except for that Japanese guy who married a video game character..

A chin is a chin, it doesnt magically change shape or prominence as you advance through hardships in your life.

Short hair => not attractive.
End of the story, get in the kitchen and make us some sandwiches FemHawke. I, my sister and a-random-guy-who-is-not-an-elf-or-dwarf-and-somehow-makes-a-good-addition-to-the-party-stats-wise need to rescue the world.
What!? Short hair on girls is like the hottest thing that has ever existed. Your freakin crazy.
