Purchased new code after updating my o/s to win 7,said code only works once.Purchased points and used for new cerberus code.Got confirmation,but didn't recieve new code.Have tried numerous times to contact EA support.This has been over 60 days now.

Uh.. You don't need to buy the code again if you're reinstalling the game. It's tied to your account, so you simply need to log in to the game with your account. Redownload your DLC, reinstall it and it'll work perfectly.
Might want to seek a refund for the new code instead - Have you tried contacting them through the live support system? This topic apparently has a link to it.
