Another Tabris and another Surana got Zevran.

Male Cousland went with Morrigan, literally.

Interesting that others don't feel like exploring all the romances. When my first one turned out great it made me really want to do the others instead of that one over and over.

I may try a Zev romance. I never did it before because I personally think the vanilla Zev is ugly. I have a modded Zev who's really cute so it might be worth pursuing just to see what it's like but I would still not have Alistair do the US. I can't bring myself to do that.

Well, I tend to play characters that fall withing fairly narrow ethical/empathetic parameters. While one never knows how a particular PC might feel about things once I get into the game, I find it unlikely that I will make a male PC that wants to romance Morrigan, and none of my female PCs have been interested in Zevran, although some are on very good terms with him. Some, not so much.

For my main file I go for Morrigan, though I have other characters who have romanced everyone who can be romanced.

I have seen all the romances play out. I made a savefile specifically for that, so I've seen Alistair giving me his rose, Zevran's massage invitation, and Morrigan calling me a "miserable selfish bastard".

Once that was done I reloaded and moved on.

I'm very fickle, and I use mods.

Most of my wardens romance Alistair.  But I've checked out all the LIs.  My most recent game was a female Amell who romanced Cullen and ended up eloping with him after the AD was killed.

I wasn't even aware romances existed when I 1st started playing. Then somehow Alistair gave my warden a rose and she ended up with him. She's my only warden though.

I like seeing different parts of the romances and playing with their different permutations.

That being said I cant force myself through another Alistair or Morrigan romance.



I have done each twice through and really dont feel like playing either of them again.

Alistair and Zevran were pretty even for me -- 4 or 5 times each. I romanced Morrigan once and was 3/4th done with my Leliana romance when news broke about Hawke being the main character in DA2, not the warden, so I didn't see the point in finishing. I also have a few characters that were romanceless.

If I could only pick one, I'd pick Alistair because I really liked how tied in he was with the story in regards to Duncan, being a Grey Warden, and so on. He felt like a comrade in arms driving towards the same goal as the PC. None of the other characters came close to that kind of understanding and passion about the GW duty except for Oghren in Awakening (even though his reasons for wanting to be a GW were sketchy). Runner-up would be Morrigan because of how tied in she is with the plot due to the Dark Ritual and the role she's going to carry later on in the franchise. Those two characters were important to the overall story which is why I tend to prefer them long after the initial euphoria has passed.

I can't believe BW never fixed this. I was really annoyed when i hardened Leliana (She is SO much better that way) and still got her maker speech, kind of a mood killer. 

Apart from the romance dialogue, what other parts of her are affected by this bug?

I unfortunately play on a console, and can't fix these bugs with a mod.

Not just here but Alistair, Zevran, and some others as well.

Really one of the best mods to get for Dragon Age.

Most Morrigan romancers have gone atop a mountain in a self imposed exile until Morri and the Warden return at a later date.

Click the link in my signature (ZDF) and scroll down the page until you hit the listing of the Leliana bugs.  it's pretty bad.

Edit: Actually, here's the list of my Leliana fixes.

-Leliana's "Your Zevran" conversation no longer loops.
-Leliana's declaration of love is different if she's hardened.
-Leliana now gives the proper response if hardened when asked what her future plans are.
-Leliana will respond appropriately the warden is marrying Alistair/Anora. If she is the love interest and hardened, the proper dialog will trigger. If she is not involved in the warden, she will no longer break up with them.
-Leliana will no longer confront a male warden who had agreed to marry Anora before the landsmeet but does not end up engaged to her.
-There are now a couple of appropriate responses for a gay/bisexual male warden when Leliana confronts him at "Care" if he's slept with Zevran.
-When discussing the afterlife, a choice that was only supposed to be visible to humans now actually appears for humans but no one else.
-Leliana will now always declare her feelings and proposition the warden after she falls in love.
-During the post-Marjolaine conversation, males now get the lines that were intended for males and females get the lines that were intended for females.
-Female wardens are now far less likely to be ninja-romanced by Leliana in the post-Marjolaine conversation.
-Male wardens who do not have the romance cut off should now have one more chance to start the romance post-Marjolaine.
-If the warden breaks up with Leliana in the conversation she has at "adore," the breakup will work.
-Leliana will now give her personal quest at high approval ratings (non-DT version only as DT had already fixed this).
