it's hard to believe, but as January nears to a close, that means DA2 is just a little over a month away.
and yet, we really haven't seen or heard that much "new" info about the game. Nor has there been much advertising or marketing for the game...........
I mean, we only have 1 "official" gameplay video. And, outside of print/online magazines, where's all the marketing?
Where's the TV and online trailer ads?
How come we haven't seen any more real gameplay in action.
By this time in ME2's launch, we already had gameplay trailers for the classes as well as trailers for the companions..............
Do you think come February, Bioware will open up the floodgates and let loose the marketing campaign for this game?
Just over a month away - Time to start ramping up the marketing?

Don't worry this will come : we're talking about Electronic Arts.
and it's not like if they will not make money with it. with pre-orders, they will already get a nice profit.

Or, they are waiting for the last minute where they will give us a big blast of information like a day before release.
~shrugs~ It could happen.

I kindly suggest less Marylin Manson this time though.
If your going to go with that music style you gotta keep it classy, get Ozzy.

I didn't mind that so horribly. With the Chantry thing going on though, E-Nomine would work.

Honestly, I'm kinda surprised at how little information has been released so far. We've got, what, a CGI trailer, about two whole minutes of random clips, and about the same in actual combat at this point for DA2.
Feels like when Origins was firing up, we had demo trailers, tons of gameplay (usually showing off Ishal and the Ogre), and so on.
That's silly. Black Ops was made by Activision. Duh!

Yeah, I'm sure February will be a fun month filled with press events, and previews, and character videos, and more promotional DLC then you can handle.

I agree that I don't want too much shown before the release because I do want to be as surprised as possible but a few more combat videos or maybe one or two character videos would be nice. I would love to hear some of Lady Hawke's voice before the game.

and I'm not even really worrying. I've already got the Sig Ed preordered for Xbox 360.
it's just that.........it just feels like there's an information "void." Yes we get drips of info here and there, but for all we know so far, it seems we actually haven't seen that much.
I'm not saying I want the whole story spoiled. But, I would like to see more of the game in action.
