I'm guessing the outfits would be for Miranda, Jacob, and Tali, as the first appearance pack covered half of the LIs. That would complete the set LI-wise.

In any case, I hope this isn't the "one more DLC" they were talking about. And I do hope it comes with an "outfit" to let you take off Jack and Thane's shades.

I really hope it has a new costume for everyone, but realistically, that's not going to happen.
I want Jack's "oi" outfit but don't care about Garrus and Thane, so that's $2 I won't be spending (though I may get the "everything" pack eventually, $15 seems a bit steep for it right now).
