I have three ideas for DA2 characters bubbling away in the back of my mind, but currently the most likely first playthrough is as follows: A male sword and board warrior, custom face (as always). I tend to play the first character based off my own moral values etc. decisions wise, although I have found that I sometimes lose sight of what the character I'm playing is about when I do that so maybe I'll try to think like someone else a bit more this time.

It's funny though, I still havn't finished a DAO playthrough with a male character (despite being male myself), as such I'm set on my first Hawke being male.

Edit: I'm actually more interested in playing Lady Hawke though (hence sig) but that's what the other playthroughs are for. ;D

I don't know what sex classes are offered in the kirkwall area but as long as there's on hands demonstrations with buxom nubile models my Hawke would be well up for it (so to speak), whether on his first playthrough or not.

Male Mage Hawke with default name and face, and maybe a the same thing, but a Warrior instead for my next playthrough. I was debating on whether to be a mage or warrior, but decided to stick with mage first. The Mage class looks awesome! Plus, because of the trailers and everything, it feels like the way to go.

I'm gonna roll a male Sword and Shield warrior first, as I always start with the warrior/soldier class, after that I'll probably go with a FemMage, since it seems to make the story a bit different.

As a side note, does anyone know if they're going to let us upload our Hawkes to our profile, like we did with the Wardens? I always thought that was a really cool feature, and I hope they continue it.

For my first I will play a male Hawke, warrior. I may use the default face, or make a custom one; not sure yet. Then I will do a Mage Hawke (Male), and for my third probably a Rogue Lady Hawke named Isabeau (anyone get it? x3). I generally play males in Dragon Age games.
