I used the included Cerberus Network key on my main PS3 user, named Matt.
My fiance wants to start playing ME2 on her user, Jen.
Will she be able to utilize all the DLC I've purchased for the game, or is that only accessible to me?

Thanks for the help.

AFAIK, the redeem code is single use, tied to the user account.

So I have to shell out another $15 for my fiance, who lives with me and uses the same PS3, to enjoy the content I activated with the Cerberus code, as well pay more money so that she can utilize the same DLC I've already purchased on the Playstation Store?

In all fairness, I can't say for sure.

You can check if the Cerberus Pack is usable by your fiancee by having her start a game, and by the time you get to the Normandy, check Armor Customization. If she can view and use the additional armor at the beginnig of the game, everything is fine and dandy.

Even simpler. Start a new game under your fiancee's account. If Cerberus Network is recognized, you'll get the comic right after the intro.  I can double check this later when I get home since I also have multiple accounts on my PS3.

Actually, ME2 has 2 system save files. The install file (when you first load up the disk) and a DLC and Patches file. Since those are in the system save area, it would be global for all accounts,, so anyone using your PS3 should have access to it.

Shiratori, thank you very much for doing the legwork for me, and sorry for the late reply. I will fire up a game on her account and check it out. I come from PC Mass Effect gaming and it's much simpler over there.

I don't know about ME2, but for Dragon Age all of the DLC I got (including things specifically tied to my account like the items earned from the flash game) were available to every user on my PS3.

I would assume that this works the same way.
