21:21 JS: I'm not gonna lie to you, Gabriel. It's worse than you think.

21:21 GB: The Reapers...

21:22: JS: You knew?

21.26 GB: Things have changed, Shepard. I'm not on the field anymore. I actually got endorsed by David Anderson as a human Council representative at the Citadel. They were looking for more candidates 2 years ago when you stopped the Geth Attack, and Anderson considered me because of my deeds at the Skyllian Blitz. It was an honor, though it was you who made a name of himself back there.

21:27 JS: Anyone would have done the same during the Skyllian Blitz. I just got lucky. I'm glad that they have someone like you on the Council. But you do know what really happened during the "Geth Attack"?

21:30 GB: Single-handedly repulsed the enemy ground force long enough for reinforcements to arrive. Yeah, anyone would have done the same.
Don't worry, Shepard. I know everything about the Reapers, and I support you 100%. But there's little I really can do. Anderson and I are desperately trying to convince the Council, but they won't listen. They still blame the Geth, and won't act without any proof. I miss the good old days.

21:30 JS: Well, I'm more than happy that you atleast know the truth, and I'm going to stop them.

Shepard: I said... I'm only dangerous when need be.



IO Calvin: See gentlemen, still the model Alliance marine.



Shepard: With all due respect sir, I'd like to return to active duty as soon as possible.



IO Calvin: Oh, well I'm not sur-



Shepard: With all due respect "sir," I am an N7 marine. I've been trained to accept losses, but never forget those who died under my command. Someone set up my squad, and should i find out who...



IO Calvin: Commander you know as an offi-



Shepard: I know my place and my duty sir. But I owe it to my men to follow up... someday...

Weapon Proficiency Test:



Name: James A. Shepard



Rank: Private First class



Results:



Assault Rifle: 98.3%- Extremely accurate. Capable of picking out enemies in a high-collateral situation. Produces best results when adrenaline is artificially induced.



Sniper Rifles: 99.223%- Produces a killshot 100% of the time. Seems to prefer single shot "bolt action" models. Recommend commendation for Infiltrator program. Showed the mark of an excellent marksman.



Heavy/Light Pistols: 83.5%- Excellent accuracy, but seems waste ammunition. Had him test with Carnifax and Predator. Carnifax he proves extremely cautious when firing. Predator had him unleash a rain of shots down range. 89% hit their mark. The others hit nearby targets.



Shotgun: 78%- Same as with the Carnifax. He treats ammunition like water in a dessert. Doesn't want to miss a single shot. Proved to be his slowest course run. Good grouping however, even when moving.



Sub Machine Gun- 23.0098%- How is this even possible?



Biotic Ability- N/A: Registers a small amount of Element Zero in temporal lobe and blood stream, but not enough to amount into an telekinetic ability.



Tech Ability: 89.0245%: Capable of using it with devastating ability, but often refuses it. Seems to deeply distrust tech power, possible answer in his colonist background?



Hand to Hand- 100%- Incredibly deadly, even without the aid of a standard combat knife. Took out a mech designed to simulate a fight with a krogan, no problem. In fact his fist left a dent in the plating! All earlier cautiousness thrown out the window. Normally would be considered a liability, but in his case, produces results!



Final Analysis: Would have recommended for the Infiltrator program, but his low SMG rating (really, how?!) and refusal to use Tech Abilities, leave us little choice. Recommend N7 Assault Commando training, as well as officers training. Theres potential there for a great soldier. I look forward to seeing what he can do.
