Asari can't breed humanity out of existence with any kind of speed.

Not that I would be opposed to such an ending to the species. But it won't happen.

???

You anti-human?

Though yes I was exaggerating. I just want to end them. They're dangerous in more ways than one. The turians we'll see coming at least. But the Asari and the Salarians? Much more dangerous.

The Geth I see (non heretics) as no threat unless we make it our business to mess with them. Which would be foolish as we're not competeing for resources.

The Quarians...well I don't see them as much of a threat.

The Salarians would be very bad if they managed to genophage us (or something similar). They're not above using dirty tricks so we'd have to defeat them as soon as possible.

The Asari could manage to turn everyone against humanity very quickly. Their biotics are also highly advanced compared to us as is some of their technology. (Humanity has a much better chance of defeating them with the tech from the CB).

The Turians are close but I think we could take them on (now at least) in a straight up fight. Give it a few more years and thanks to the collector tech Cerberus has studied we might be able to defeat them with more ease.

Turians have always been the species that has worried me. The Batarians are more of a nuiscance than they are a threat to dominance. The Alliance has already proved more than capable of defeating the Hegemony's forces. Also I believe most people are looking at this from a purely militaristic standpoint. Galactic dominance does not purely hinge on military power. The Asari economic power allows them to dictate much more than any species. The Turians may be the most dangerous (for those of us who killed the council)  should some sort of war break out. However they provide a large threat because their military power allows the other races to ignore us.

I like the asari a bit more than humans, and they tend to absorb the traits of other cultures, so I'm not sure if it'd lead to a lack of cultural diversity. I do, in any case, insamuch as I see myself as on any one species' side, see myself to be on theirs.

The Yagh. They are geniuses, extremely physically strong, and brutal in a ritualistic way. I doubt they would show any mercy.

Eh.

Asari frankly bore me and I wouldn't be sad to see them vanish.

I find Salarians more interesting to be honest.

Though in the case of Human Dominance I think the species that could be the greatest asset would be the Reapers (if theydon't make a beeline for earth) destroy enough of the infrastructures of the other races and humans can take power easily (assuming we defeat them). The CB being intact makes this significantly easier.

I like the Asari beautiful blue women. And the face that they practice democracy which is awesome! Plus they are way to scattered politically as a race to be a real threat. I am pro Cerberus but I am not anti alien. I really like the Asari and the Salarians and the rest are ok, except for the Batarians and the Yahg. The Geth it really depends I need more info on them, like do they feel emotion or are they just cold and calculating? It certainly seems that they are developing emotion so thats a good sign.

Humans. We're our own worst enemies. Wouldn't be surprised if some humans were aligned with the Reapers. Cliched yes, but still possible.

I'm sure all species will have members who are indoctrinated by the Reapers.

Hey, as long as it isn't the government, I'll be relieved.

Can't go two sci-fi/political thrillers now without the American government being the bad guys.

I think the Asari will breed all other races into extinction, except the Geth. Then, they'll go to war, and if the Geth win, they will eventually evolve into reaper-like creatures, and it starts all over again. Maybe this is "the cycle"

I have seen that a lot, but has that proved to be the case in the post first contact universe?

Also as we have seen in ME humanity is no more flawed than the Asari, or Turians in fact basically all the aliens are just humans with different bodies.
