its been several hours and im still waiting for the bioware points so i can buy the ME2 DLC. figured id use paypal so i wouldnt have to go digging for my wallet. bought points using paypal then the page didnt load when i clicked to return to bioware site. anyway i found my way back and still no points! after several hours. i checked my paypal account and it says it has been charged. how do i get my points pls? paid $20 for 1600 bioware points

Check other threads, ask in the proper forum (*surprise* the points forum - not the store), and the problem you've asked about is already well known and only a temp fix is available through EA supports website.
