So he ends up on the Normandy and all he does is ****** people. Perhaps you eavesdrop on a team mate advising Conrad he should leave or something. Or walk into your quarters and Conrad's like " oh, hey Shepherd, seeing as you've got a double bed and all, I thought I may as well take half" to which you're response is constrained to " get the **** out of my quarters"

I actually think it would be awesome if you are in trouble and he bails you out. Like he is a taxi driver on earth and under heavy fire he roars to your location while you are under attack from the reapers forces, he pulls out a gun lays down suppression fire until you get in and then he gets you to the spaceport so you can save the Galaxy.
