In Italy there is nothing similar..I can just wait but it's a shame!
You can pre-order it from Amazon.uk even if you live in Italy you know, it's probably cheaper as well. I live in Sweden but I bought mine from Amazon, cheaper than buying it in my homeland. ^^ The only downside is that the delivery time is much longer when ordering from other countries.

I think I'd be able to use an english-written one, but of course an italian one would be better! I'll ask to the italian Gamestop what the hell is going on or what are they waiting for!
I'm am a moderator of an italian Dragon Age forum so I won't use the guide for my personal walkthrough, but for the informations about the game; and of course the collector's edition is a nice item!

It's not the time the problem, you know, but it's the language!

Oh, I didn't even realise your country translates the game guides, sorry. In Sweden games and game guides are almost never translated, they are released in english even if they are sold in swedish shops.

Dragon Age anyway had subtitles in our language, but the guide was totally in italian; maybe this time there won't be an italian edition, it wouldn't be the end of the world after all..

Well you know, we're italian, we are unable to be like all the others, forward-looking.

When it comes to translating and dubbing your nation isn't alone. France and Germany stubbornly refuses to have anything in english (they dubb every single movie for example) which I suspect they simply do on principle for not being particulary fond of americans/englishmen or maybe they are scared that their own language will be swallowed up and forgotten (not bloody likely since there are for example over a 100 million people in Europe with german as their first language)
I belive the spainards does the exact same thing and Poland as well (and many others to be sure), but in their case its probably just because they suck at speaking/understanding english (no offense to any of you out there from these nations) Playing games in english is a great way to learn the language though.

As far as we know, from what we have seen, the interface looks minimalized, so I fear the same for this guide.
Just take a look from the DAO Collector Edition Prima guide:

The style with blood and time effect to the pages is exactly the same as DAO.
What about this new guide? Will it be like what we have seen?
It could be nice if we can take a look of the general art in the Varric's Book, and not only his cover.
Thanks

I'm wondering how the inside design of this Varric's book will be, and what will be the general skin of the pages.I can remember the DOA collector edition Prima guide, and it looks like the Origins game style and design.

I have this book, I really enjoyed it.
Just a quick question...why is the guide being called the Collector's edtion when the game is called the Signature Edition?
