it read somewhere that you can also use charge to get out of harms way but whenever I try to charge away from enemies Shepard keep saying can't target
which would always result in me dying because I cant charge away from enemies and the only way I can charge away from enemy is to charge another enemy who is on the other side of the fight
also I read that your shield regenerate fully 100% when you use charge
in my case my shield doesn't regenerate , and also it seems that I take so much damage while charging an enemy

I have Charge all the way to 4 and evolve it to Heavy Charge

is this a bug or it's just the way Charge is?
