It has been a year since I got Mass effect 2 from Gamestop, and before that I made sure to pre-order it and was happy to know I would be getting the Terminus armor and Blackhole gun (sorry, don't know real name right now ). I couldn't wait to play it, so I rushed home, downloaded Zaeed and the Cerberus Network and started playing. After a while I decided to download all my free content (including Blood Dragon Armor) and logged on to my old Bioware account and put my Terminus Armor and Blackhole gun on it.

Here's the bad part, my account was not connected to my X-box live account!

So there is an un-used piece ofTerminus Armor and blackhole gun and I can't use it!!!!! Please, does anyone know how can get it back? I know it has been a year, but that doesn't matter it's personal now.

Same thing happened to me. I just gave up eventually. As far as I know theres nothing you can do if you have already used the code.

I would suggest using the contacts lower down on this page and contacting EA about this. I'd imagine it's partly to make accounts all match up.
