*NOTE: Image heavy!*

This is completely bizarre.
I have played through both Mass Effect and ME 2 before. (On the same computer as I'm currently on, so I know the requirements are met)
This problem persists through both of the games.
I did recently updated my shaders.

Now I'm not too game development savvy, but I'm guessing this is a problem with my graphics card (Nvidia Geforce 7950 GT) and the Mass Effect engine's shaders(?).

Here are my specs:

Mass Effect

Notice the neck and the odd scars on the face.

Although it's hard to see in a screen shot, the reflections seem incredibly off. Particularly when moving the camera.

Mass Effect 2

Yeoman! What happened to your beautiful face?!

Look at the arms and the face, something isn't right. That's a Paragon Shepard by the way.

Again, I do apologize for being a bit image heavy, but I felt it was the best way to show my problem.

It really looks to me as though you are way past the point at which the latest Geforce Drivers are no longer helping to improve the game with your so-very old graphics card.  You need to roll back to something a year or two old that actually works with a card that elderly.

Alright, I'll see what I can do.

EDIT: It worked!
I suppose I shouldn't ever update my drivers from now on.
That was a mess getting it back.

I have the same issue, I'm using a Geforce 7900 GS on Vista 64bit with the newest drivers. Can anyone suggest a driver that might help?

Usually, the 197.xx series works fairly well with the UT3 Engine.

YES! That worked. I used these drivers:
