I wish people would reference that my F!Cousland married Alistair and became Queen. I was quite annoyed that no one in Awakening realized that she was the QUEEN for Maker's sake.

I also wish that there will be gossip about my choices throughout the game, like siding with the Mages, helping choose the new Dwarf king, killing Connor and the like.

Isabela should mention it if she met the Warden. I mean, who wouldn't boast about the time they had a foursome with the Hero of Ferelden, an Antivan Crow, and an Orleasian bard?

Not sure if it was directed to me or not, but I explicitly answered your question in a previous post.  I want as little references as possible and I think the only three things that should be mentioned (if something MUST be mentioned) are: King of Orzammar, King/Queen of Ferelden, Ultimate Sacrifice/Dark Ritual

I'm mainly playing the game to experience Hawke's story to be honest. Bioware, even if they half-a** everything else do good stories, very, very well. At least compared to the competition.



So, what would I like see referenced from DA:O?



A) Who sits on the Ferelden throne.



Who reigns is Orzammar.



C) Does my Grey Warden continue to potter about with a certain red-haired bard after saving Amaranthine.



The rest is mere details.

Some confirmation about what actually happened to my warden would be nice. After Awakening I was meant to be adventuring with Leliana, but the next thing I know I was combing the deep roads with a dwarf man and his pet bronto, then I inexplicably reunite with my dog outside Morrigan's old house? How Bioware package the information is up to them, and, while I could just assume the Awakening epilogue slide referred to what happened after Witch Hunt, I'd like to have it set straight 'officially'.

All I want is for King Cousland's reign of terror to be acknowledged, and that his very name bring unequaled horror to people. May there be stories about him personally disposing of the false king Alistair, and let him be the monster that parents use to scare their children into acting properly ("If you don't eat your vegetables Bloody Cousland'll burn this whole village down")...that's all I really want, Bioware.

I bet Hawke gets Vigilance at some point because of the epilogue in Awakening how it passed from owner to owner. Just a thought, it would be cool in my opinion.

Some basic stuff at the very least. Whether he/she lived, whether he/she married Anora/Alistair and so forth.



Other stuff I'd like to hear would be what happened to Loghain, what happened at Virgil's Keep, who ended up becoming king of Orzammar, maybe what happend at the Circle tower.



As another said, maybe a thing or two in the game would also happen as a consequence of what the Warden did in the first game - for example, if he/she meet Isabella, she'd mention it and if the Warden released the demon in the Deep Roads, it'd show in in DA2...

My realistic hope is that its mentioned that my warden is queen (ideally in a happily ever after kind of way), and concidering alistair has (at least) a cameo I am hopeful he will say something about his wife!



My unrealistic hope is to have the awakening ending explained a bit- I just want to know where she disappeared to! But I dont think we will ever find out!



Other than that just overhearing some gossip about her awesomeness would make me a very happy bunny!

O ya right, just like Barack Obama is the president of the United States but i shouldn't care or even know about it because i live in England, It's still important news.

Being King-Consort and just being a Hero are two entierly different things imo.

Sten's crime/ Being uncaged (just a remark about seeing a Qunari)
Maybe something about Leliana's arrival or falling out of the Lothering Chantry.

Other:
Amell Family referance to mage circle
(remarks) about whom ever took over the throne with the help of said "Hero of Fereldan"
Observation or mention of seeing Morrigan... or a pregnant woman wondering around alone.

Starting out the game, players are tasked to select from three builds to carry over from the first game if they don’t have a save to upload.
The three builds are as follows:

• "Hero of Ferelden" (Default): Ended Fifth Blight by killing Archdemon and survived. Placed Alistair on the throne.

• "The Martyr": Young Dalish Elf who died to kill the Archdemon. She left the kingdom ruled by Alistair and Anora

• "No Compromise": Dwarven noble took command of Grey Wardens. Exiled Alistair, sent Loghain to his death against Archdemon, and left Anora as Ferelden’s ruler.

Judging by these options, the main choices are: Origin, Warden Sacrifice and Who rules Ferelden.
Keep in mind though, that the timeline of Hawke's story overlaps with the Warden's. So there aren't going to be mentions of slaying the archdemon while Hawke is still in Lothering.
I would like to see some time specific rumours and perhaps cameos though.

You could also see DA:O characters walking around Lothering, I would like that.

[*]Ehh, Would hope they didn't say ''Hot" but there are a few better words out there.... 'Cute' maybe, most likely they'll say "Souless Ginger" or "Redheaded S**t" or something along the lines of it being more of a commedic releaf (Like the towncrier in Orzammar's "Epic Fail" statement.
